Tiffany Martin is a respected leader in the Canadian music industry, recognized for her unwavering commitment to artist development, community engagement, and independent music. As the founder of Let’s Riot Music, an independent record label, Tiffany has played a pivotal role in helping emerging artists find their voice, grow their audiences, and successfully release music.
She holds a diploma in Music Business from Nova Scotia Community College and a certificate in Social Media Marketing from George Brown College, combining deep industry knowledge with forward-thinking digital strategy.
Tiffany’s leadership and impact have earned her multiple nominations from Music Nova Scotia for Manager of the Year and Promoter of the Year (2012–2016), as well as a 2026 East Coast Music Awards nomination for Management of the Year. Her dedication to the broader music community is further reflected through her board service with several influential organizations, including the East Coast Music Awards (ECMAs), Music Nova Scotia, the East Coast Blues Society, and the Mahone Bay Music Association.
Known for her integrity, strategic vision, and passion for uplifting others, Tiffany continues to be a powerful advocate for Canadian artists on both regional and national stages.

Awarded the title of Emerging Industry Professional of the Year at the 2024 Nova Scotia Music Awards, Shelby Henry is a homesteading, homeschooling, Artist Manager and momma of five. ⁠ With experience in event production, international export strategy, grant writing, publishing, social marketing, booking, tour management, and just about everything else, Shelby has been an integral part of establishing and growing the career of internationally touring Red River Métis Artist Joe H Henry over the last 4 years. She has been a participant in the Women in Music Entrepreneur Accelerator and MMF Canada mentorship programs, a volunteer jury member for ECMA, and holds membership with Music NS, ECMA, MMF Canada, and Folk Canada. Her mission is to support creativity and wellness for Artists while building sustainable careers and amplifying the East Coast music scene.
