Tiffany Martin is an Artist Manager & Consultant at Just Right Music, specializing in tour strategy, release strategy, artist development, and
international market development. She holds a Diploma in Music Business from Nova Scotia Community College and a Certificate in Social Media Marketing from George Brown College, combining hands-on music industry experience with forward-thinking digital strategy.
Through Just Right Music, Tiffany focuses on building a dynamic roster of Americana, folk, and blues artists, while creating a supportive and inclusive space for 2SLGBTQIA+ artists working across North America and internationally.
Developing opportunities and exporting artists into the UK, Australia, and Europe is a key part of her long-term strategy for sustainable
career growth.
Music and entrepreneurship have always been part of Tiffany’s family. Her industry roots run deep, from an uncle who worked as a tour manager for Green Day, to a father-in-law who worked as a sound engineer for CBC. Her family also operated a run-of-the-family T-shirt printing shop, giving Tiffany an early understanding of both the creative and business sides
of the music industry, from live production and touring to merchandise and
branding.
Tiffany’s leadership and industry impact have earned her multiple Music Nova
Scotia nominations for Manager of the Year and Promoter of the Year (2012–2016), along with a 2026 East Coast Music Awards nomination for
Management of the Year.
Her approach is rooted in artist-first management, strategic career
development, strong industry relationships, and creating opportunities
that extend beyond the Canadian market.
